Lumigan (bimatoprost ophthalmic solution) is a synthetic prostamide analogue with ocular hypotensive action that works by controlling fluid flow inside the eye to maintain normal pressure and is used to treat some kinds of glaucoma and other causes of excessive pressure within the eye.
